The Samurai Had heard his Lord Calling him for many years, telling him about life on the water. his mistake was thinking it would be as he thought. as water splashed upon his sandal he fought the constant mental battle "Don't look, winds and waves, they obey my Lord so should I, keep your eyes on him that called you out here." He never imagined he would have to take every step with reassurance that he can trust the one that called him out on the water in the first place. every step he had to repeat scriptures and the word his Lord spoke to him "Get comfortable, I want you to live life on the water" "Come on out the Waters fine" There he stood, the boat he used to be in so far behind yet he still struggled at times to believe. even still his Lord sustained him constantly. Though the storms came and the wind blew his foundation was on the solid rock. What can water and air say to their creator, what can a samurai say to his Lord but yes and Amen? Clinging to his sword he walks on.
